How I’m growing Find My Moat

THIS IS INSANE.

I don’t understand how Find My Moat keeps growing so much…

Well, I do. But it’s still exceeded all my expectations 🤯

The “trick,” in case it helps anyone:

→ Programmatic SEO, but “quality”
→ Put real care into the website. I’m sick of frontends that smell like Claude and are clearly low effort
→ Delete / revamp pages that clearly aren’t interesting to anyone
→ Increase the value of every page for the user, even if it’s auto-generated
→ Backlinks. Backlinks. Backlinks. Having other projects helps a ton with boosting your DR at the start
→ Test, iterate, delete, improve
→ Don’t monetize too early. I think this is more important than it seems

And two AI life hacks:

→ For SEO: Codex/Claude + DataForSEO MCP = SEO for dummies.

→ For Product Analytics: Codex/Claude + an MCP connected to the event database.

In my case I have a homegrown Product Analytics setup, but with PostHog, Mixpanel or similar, the idea is exactly the same.

The idea is: if you know what people are searching for and what they do inside your product, you can improve much faster.
