I prefer multidisciplinary people to the ultra-specialized

I find multidisciplinary people much more interesting than people who are ultra-specialized in one thing.

Intellectually, it’s great to see someone take a principle from biology and apply it to investing, computer science, or any other field.

Someone who can look at the same topic from different angles and make you rethink how you approach the problem.

We already know that if all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.
