As you get older and experience more things, you change your mind about a lot of things you used to think were right.
Choosing which problem to solve is one of the most important things, not the hours you work. That’s where the biggest challenge lies: finding where you can add the most value and aggressively prioritizing it.
Right now, I’ve found a routine that’s working absurdly well for me: 3–4 hours of work in the morning, gym, lunch, more work, some downtime, a walk, dinner, a bit more downtime, and reading before bed. Not all hours of the day are worth the same. Mornings are way more productive. There’s less noise, less friction, and a clearer head.
How dangerous it is to quit your job and focus on your projects. Besides the obvious, the hardest part is that you lose some of that "pain" that pushed you to start a business. You get comfortable and lose some of your motivation to work.
🌱 How hard and how rewarding it is to play long-term games. The hard part is getting started, but once you get into the habit and make it stick.... that's when you feel like laying one more brick so it can compound over the long term.

There’s no time like the first 2–3 hours after you wake up It’s pure productivity. After lunch, you’re already feeling lazy and sluggish. By the afternoon, you’re tired and it’s getting dark. At 3 a.m., you’re out of energy (even though that’s when the best ideas come)
🧦 I’ve been living with the bare minimum for 15 days. I’m waiting to move out of the house and I’ve got everything packed in boxes, ready for the move. So I’ve been using only the essentials for two weeks now. Basically: - Some clothes - A laptop - Food
