Have you tried it?
Only answer if you've tried Vitamin D. What did it do for you?
What is it?
Vitamin D is involved in how your body uses calcium. Skin produces it through sun exposure, and some foods contain it. Supplements and medicines provide different forms. People may receive it for a deficiency or buy it with bones, tiredness or immunity in mind.
Spending time indoors does not establish that you need a product, and neither does feeling tired. Attributing persistent symptoms to a vitamin without assessment can delay understanding what is actually happening.

Survey answers are converted to these five answers. Each share above counts only the questionnaires that offered that answer, because not every survey offered all five. In Nootroflix (2022) and the SlateStarCodex 2014 nootropics survey, a 10 out of 10 rating counts as “changed my life”.
What does it feel like?
There is no distinctive immediate effect. How you feel after taking vitamin D cannot tell you your level or whether you need more.
Tiredness may continue. That does not establish that the product is weak or justify adding more on your own. A day's subjective feeling is not a sound basis for adjusting treatment.
What are the risks?
Vitamin D can accumulate and raise calcium excessively, causing nausea, intense thirst, kidney stones or kidney damage. Severe excess can also disturb heart rhythm. Interactions include some diuretics.
The concern is not dependence or withdrawal but the assumption that more of a vitamin must be better. Combining a bone-health product, a multivitamin and a separate vitamin D product can duplicate the ingredient without attracting your attention.

Self-reported experiences, not medical advice. High scores mean people reported strong positive effects. They do not mean something is safe, effective long-term, or appropriate for you. Self-reports can miss delayed harms, dependence, withdrawal, side effects, and selection bias. Don't start or stop a medication because of a chart.
