Failure is normal

it's hard to admit failure publicly.

and I've failed as much as anyone. over and over again.

anyone who's been following me for a while will have noticed. not so much from the projects I show you, but from the ones I stop showing you.

and it's not like I try to hide it. a lot of the time, I even tell you I've abandoned them.

but what dies gets forgotten.

and I'm sure most of you don't even remember a lot of my projects anymore.

in a way, it's nice when the world forgets your failures haha.

but I also think it gives a very misleading picture of how things work.

failure is normal. and if you've never failed, it's probably because you haven't tried hard enough. or because you're lying to yourself.

and the funny thing is, failing and succeeding aren't incompatible.

I've failed over and over in some areas of my life, while in others I've achieved things I never would have imagined.

and I think it's important to remember both things.

you shouldn't downplay your wins.

but you shouldn't hide your losses either.

because a lot of the time, they're part of the same journey.

I'm moving back to Spain 🇪🇸

For those of you who missed yesterday's big news: over the next few months, I'm leaving my job in Switzerland and moving back to Spain to work on my projects full time.

I have too many ideas and too much to do. And not enough time.

Launching new products is scary.

A ton of hours spent on something that might end up being worth nothing. And the closer you get to the finish line, the more you want to say fuck it all.
