HOW TO BECOME A MILLIONAIRE – TIER LIST:
🟢 Tier S (highly reliable):
→ Invest for the long term (index funds, ETFs, dividends)
→ Real estate investing (rentals, buying and selling)
→ Well-paid career + consistent saving (tech, finance, medicine)
→ Work in a country with high salaries and spend in a country with a lower cost of living (geo-arbitrage)
🔵 Tier A (effective but difficult):
→ “Premium” freelancing with a personal brand
→ Specialized services (lawyer, consultant, dev)
→ Move to a country with better conditions
→ Online businesses (e-commerce, courses, SaaS)
→ Venture capital and startups
→ Established franchises
🟡 Tier B (possible, higher risk):
→ Content creation (YouTube, podcast)
→ Sell intellectual property (books, music)
→ Affiliate marketing, niche websites, etc..
→ “Niche” alternative investments (art, collectibles, wine, etc.)
🟠 Tier C (unlikely, takes a lot of luck):
