My investments have covered all the expenses I’ve had since I left my job in Switzerland and moved to Spain Not bad. That’s why investing is important PS: from capital appreciation, not dividends. This isn’t something that’s going to keep happening forever
Personally, I find it easy to buy the dips. On the other hand, I find it really hard to buy when prices are going up. It’s a pattern I’ve noticed in my own behavior, and it always makes me bet against momentum. A year ago, I forced myself to fix it, and I have to say the results have been very positive.
Yeah, making over 100k a year is great. My main goal when I came to Switzerland was to find a better life: to escape the lower middle class and find hope for a brighter future.
