My productivity a year ago compared to now

I think about my productivity a year ago compared to now, and the change has been radical.

As an IC, I think I was already more productive than average, but now I think that gap has widened even more.

It’s very true that a lot of the improvement in my capacity to work has translated into working on irrelevant things, but little by little I’ve been cutting those out, and I think I’m getting to the sweet spot where I work more efficiently on things that matter.
