The speed of today’s models is incredible. I felt like king of the world 6 months ago with any GPT Pro that took 40 minutes to answer you. Now the dumbest model gives you that answer in 1 minute. These levels of intelligence at these speeds are unreal.
The problem with AI is that it makes solving problems so easy that we try to solve them all. Even the ones that don’t matter. The important thing is to focus on the bottleneck. There’s no point solving 20 minor problems if you don’t solve the one big one.

📊 I’ve built a portfolio analysis tool I’ve spent a week cleaning up the code and improving the tool. Everything’s more polished, consistent, and nicer now.
The world we live in is incredible. Every now and then, I come up with a new prompt to throw at AI out of nowhere, and my humble reaction is, “Holy shit, why hadn’t I asked it this before?” And then AI goes and answers me in a way I didn’t expect it to be capable of. I’m clear that the bottleneck is my questions.
You’re gonna laugh, but I was waiting for GPT-5.6 to handle three different bureaucratic processes. Technology saves our asses again.
