One hugely underrated thing about OpenAI is their taste in interface design. They’re beautiful, easy to use, intuitive, and feel good to use. xAi is surprisingly pretty decent too. Google and Anthropic, on the other hand, are the exact opposite: interfaces that make you want to rip your eyes out

A lot of people ask me which websites I used to find a job in Switzerland, and I always end up recommending the same ones. There are a thousand options, but these are some of the ones I used back then. I’ll probably keep posting them from time to time to clear up any questions.

With Find My Moat, I’m seeing really clearly how useful AI, and tools like Codex, can be for building companies. The business vision was mine. The original idea too. But AI has helped me a ton:
Given OpenAI’s historical tendency to always want a better model than Anthropic*, GPT 5.6 can’t be far off. In fact, it could be this Thursday. I’m hoping for a model in line with the previous one: a bit smarter and a bit more token-efficient. *The sad thing is that GPT 5.5 is still better than Opus 4.8.
📊 I’m building a portfolio analysis tool from scratch! I’ve added lots of improvements and features. It’s getting easier to use, and it’s already replacing the other tools I used before.
