Have you tried it?
Only answer if you've tried Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse, Elvanse). What did it do for you?
What is it?
Lisdexamfetamine is a prescription stimulant for ADHD, sold under names including Vyvanse and Elvanse. In the United States it is also prescribed for binge eating disorder in adults. It is not a weight-loss drug or a study aid to borrow from someone else.
A review cannot stop at whether you get more done. Sleep, appetite, weight, pulse and blood pressure matter too. Finishing your work while struggling to eat or sleep is a reason to reassess treatment.

What does it feel like?
Reduced appetite, dry mouth, nervousness and difficulty sleeping can occur, along with nausea, headaches or dizziness. Avoid driving if your attention or coordination is affected.
Feeling stimulated is not proof that your ADHD is being helped. Report irritability or insomnia even if you are getting more done. Unusual extreme excitement, hallucinations or thoughts of self-harm need urgent help.
What are the risks?
Dependence and addiction are possible. Taking more than prescribed increases overdose and serious heart risks. Abrupt stopping after excessive use can cause extreme fatigue and severe depression. Arrange treatment changes with your prescriber and never share the medicine.
Some combinations, including MAOI antidepressants, are dangerous. Have other medicines and supplements checked too. Chest pain, breathlessness or fainting need urgent medical attention. A prescription does not remove these risks, and ongoing treatment needs review, including growth monitoring in children.

Self-reported experiences, not medical advice. High scores mean people reported strong positive effects. They do not mean something is safe, effective long-term, or appropriate for you. Self-reports can miss delayed harms, dependence, withdrawal, side effects, and selection bias. Don't start or stop a medication because of a chart.
